Website Plan Terms and Cancellation Policy

These are the terms of the Social Prizm website plan, written to be read rather than skimmed past. The plan runs on a 12-month term because the domain and a year of hosting are bought up front on the customer's behalf. Every number on this page matches the pricing page, and a lawyer's review precedes launch.

The plan in one paragraph

$49.99 a month for 12 months. Setup $300, waived during published promotion windows with real end dates. We buy and hold the domain, build up to 8 pages, host the site, and make 4 edits a month. You do nothing technical, ever.

Cancelling, month by month

Within the first 30 days: cancel free, owe nothing; Social Prizm keeps the domain and the files. From month 2 onward: cancelling early means paying the remaining months of the 12-month year at $49.99 each, never a flat fee, so the cost of leaving is never more than the cost of staying. After the year: the plan continues month to month and can be cancelled with notice.

Who owns what

The domain transfers to you once all fees are paid, whether that is at the end of the term or an early exit that settles the remaining months. The site files and the build stay with Social Prizm, since the build is part of the service, unless you buy the one-time export. Your content, your logo and your photos are always yours.

Promotions, edits and the small print

Promotion windows have printed end dates and really end (no evergreen countdowns). Edits are defined changes with a 2-business-day turnaround, 4 included monthly, extras at the stated price. Ad spend for any advertising service is paid directly to the platforms and is never part of our fees. The governing-law line and the formal clauses follow the lawyer's review before launch.
